The Florida real estate market has changed over the past 5 months as buyers and sellers expectations of value are narrowing. I am Keith Gordon, broker and co-owner of a Tampa flat fee MLS listing and full-service discount real estate firm, ADDvanatge®.

Since February 10, buyers are everywhere….Is this a turning point for Tampa and the rest of Florida?

ADDvantage® has been offering discount real estate MLS listings, “flat fee MLS,” in Florida since 2005. We have consistently held over 250 flat fee MLS listings in various Florida MLS boards so we have an excellent pulse on the entire Florida real estate market.
